Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. To ensure a smooth experience for all attendees while supporting the retreat’s operations, please review our cancellation policy before booking.
1. Deposits & Payment Plans

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot.

Payment plans are available, with full payment due 60 days before the retreat starts.
2. Cancellation by Attendee
If you need to cancel, refunds will be issued according to the timeline below:

60–90 days before the retreat: Full refund minus the non-refundable deposit.

30–59 days before the retreat: 50% refund minus the non-refundable deposit.

Less than 30 days before the retreat: No refunds available.
💡 We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected cancellations.
3. Transfers & Rescheduling

If you cannot attend, you may transfer your spot to another participant at no extra charge (pending approval).

You may transfer your booking to a future retreat once for a $250 administrative fee, if applicable.
4. Cancellation by Us
In the rare event we must cancel the retreat, you will receive:

A full refund, or
-
The option to transfer your payment to a future retreat.
We are not responsible for additional expenses such as flights, travel insurance, or accommodations outside of the retreat package.
5. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for cancellations caused by events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, travel bans, pandemics). If such circumstances occur, we will do our best to reschedule or issue a credit toward a future retreat.
