They share ideas, pitch their concepts, and find courage in one another’s words. Creativity flows as freely as the wine poured from the vineyard around them. Beneath the olive trees and the hush of the Catalan night, every story finds its voice.

THE SETTING
Just outside Barcelona, nestled among vineyards and olive groves, lies a restored Catalan farmhouse surrounded by rolling countryside and open skies. Here, creativity feels effortless. Mornings begin with birdsong and coffee under the fig trees; afternoons unfold with writing sessions, local wine, and the scent of paella simmering nearby.
As the sun sets over the hills, conversations deepen, laughter lingers, and stories come alive under strings of soft light. It’s a space where courage meets creativity, where women gather not just to write, but to pitch the stories they’ve carried for too long in silence.

Dawn DeKeyser
Screenwriter, Executive Producer & Founder of StoryLab Pro. Dawn has written and produced hundreds of hours of television across legacy media, cable, and streaming. She has sold pilots and worked on series for NBC Universal, ABC Studios, CBS, DreamWorks, Hallmark Movies & Mysteries, Lifetime, Paramount, and Disney Entertainment.
She's worked with Emmy and Oscar-winning writers, producers, directors, and actors. Her writing credits include Ugly Betty, Samantha Who?, NewsRadio, The Client List, Good Witch, Becker, The Geena Davis Show, and many more.
Dawn has been a guest lecturer at UCLA School of Theater, Film and Television, UTLA Center for Entertainment and Media Studies, NYU Tisch School of the Arts, and has been a featured speaker at the Austin Film Festival and film summits around the country. She’s a recipient of the ABC/Disney Writers Fellowship and numerous scriptwriting awards.
She founded StoryLab Pro, a script consulting, career counseling, and community-building platform for screenwriters and storytellers.
