Isabel Dréan is a Los Angeles–based screenwriter, director, producer, and digital storytelling innovator. After beginning her career writing horror and psychological thrillers, she pivoted to Christmas movies—a decision that led to five produced features in just 18 months, including Secret Santa, Christmas Beneath the Stars, Christmas on the Rocks, The Holiday Swap, and An Eclectic Christmas.
An internationally recognized mentor and educator, Isabel teaches screenwriting masterclasses, including How to Write a Christmas Movie in 21 Days, and leads writers' labs and creative residencies around the world. She has helped hundreds of writers develop commercially viable projects while refining their craft. A pioneer in digital storytelling, Isabel launched and curated her own web series platform years before the short-form boom, producing more than 50 original series and selling her murder mystery series to a studio.
Today, she is a leading voice in premium vertical storytelling, advising creators and companies on platform-native formats, audience engagement, and emerging entertainment models.
