Escape to the Catskills, NY for a true Hallmark-style getaway in a cozy cabin.

This intimate, women-only retreat blends Christmas magic with screenwriting, festive rituals, and soulful creative time. It’s a weekend designed for women who love storytelling, sisterhood, and the kind of cozy reset that stays with you long after you leave.

🌲 The Setting

Pines outside, warmth inside. A crackling fireplace. Holiday candles glowing. The scent of cinnamon and pine in the air.

For three dreamy nights, you’ll slow down, breathe deeper, and immerse yourself in the kind of festive creative world you only see in movies.​ You’ll develop your Christmas movie concept, write new pages, and connect with other women creatives who understand the magic of storytelling.

Your home for the weekend is a rustic-luxury cabin with natural surroundings. A space that feels like stepping inside a Hallmark film.

Overall Retreat Rhythm​

It’s structured enough to guide your story, but spacious enough to breathe, rest, and enjoy the festive energy.​​

✨ Mornings

Mornings begin with Christmas music, warm drinks, and sweet treats as we gather for gentle writing sessions by the fire. Guided prompts spark creativity, while optional group brainstorms and writing sprints invite collaboration in a relaxed, supportive way. Pajamas, slippers, and ugly Christmas sweaters encouraged.

✨Afternoons

Afternoons blend creative freedom with festive fun. You’ll move between writing time, collaborative brainstorming, and hands-on holiday activities like gingerbread house decorating or cookie baking. There’s also plenty of space to nap, take a walk, or keep writing, joy and rest go hand in hand here.

✨ Evenings

Evenings are all about togetherness. We gather for cozy dinners, laughter-filled conversations, and festive moments by the fire. One night features a holiday movie for inspiration, while the final evening closes with a celebratory dinner in town to toast new ideas, new friendships, and the stories we’re carrying forward.
